Our goal at ExploraTrack.com is to ship your order within one business day from the date you place the order, barring any problems during payment processing. Orders placed after business hours on Friday and during the weekend will generally be processed on Monday. If there are difficulties with your order due to credit card, billing or shipping information, we will ship your package as soon as is possible once those errors have been remedied.
Occasionally shipping addresses will vary from billing addresses – the shipping information must be verified prior to the order being shipped and may delay processing of the order. If your shipping address is different than the billing address and the order total is $150.00 or greater, the shipping/delivery address must be registered with card issuer.
Orders totaling $250.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders and ship to more than one address. If you need to send products to more than one address, please make a separate order for each address.
ExploraTrack.com determines the best possible shipping option for your order via Federal Express Ground, United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. Express orders are shipped either FedEx or UPS.
Please note that express orders cannot be shipped to a post office box but must ship to a physical address. On occasion we must also ship non-express orders to a physical address rather than a post office box.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We understand that you may need to have your order shipped faster than our normal methods. Therefore, we currently offer the following levels of shipping service to addresses within the continental United States:
Super Saver Shipping (7 to 14 business days for qualified orders*)
Economy Shipping (5 to 7 business days*)
3 Day Express (3 business days*)
2 Day Express (2 business days*)
Overnight Express (next business day delivery*)
* From day order is shipped
Please note that express delivery orders received after 12 pm Pacific time or during the weekend will generally be shipped the following business day. Express delivery carriers do not count weekend days; for example, 3 Day Express orders placed Friday before noon will be delivered the following Wednesday.
Packages addressed to the states of Alaska and Hawaii, Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; standard rates apply.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, 2 Day and Overnight shipping services are available. 3 Day Express service to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.
Unfortunately, estimates cannot be made for delivery time to APO/FPO addresses or other destinations.
We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by inclement weather or other forces beyond our control.
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other destinations outside the Continental 48 United States may take additional time for delivery. Please allow 1-2 additional days for processing and transit when shipping to these destinations. Please allow 1-2 weeks additional time in transit for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policies
ExploraTrack.com normally ships to physical addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii via USPS), post office boxes and APO/FPO boxes.
We also ship most of our products to Canada. You must click on the Canadian flag icon (or enter your postal code depending on the shopping cart) in the shopping cart to enable calculation of our shipping rates to Canada.
International shipping to other destinations is not available at this time.
You can also track your package by going to the UPS website (http://www.ups.com) or by calling UPS customer service toll-free at 800-PICK-UPS. Make sure to have your tracking number ready. US Postal Service shipments can be tracked at http://www.usps.com
All international shipping rates are exclusive of any charges due to customs, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Additionally, any charges due to customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will be your responsibility upon receiving your order. If the fees are refused to the carrier, you will be charged the exact amount for customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, plus a 10% handling charge.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped we will send you an email shipping notice confirming that your package has been sent. If we shipped your order via UPS or FedEx, the email will also provide you with a tracking number and a direct link to your tracking information in UPS or FedEx's tracking database.
ExploraTrack.com strives to keep our products continually in stock. However, sometimes a product may temporarily be unavailable. If any item you ordered is out of stock, it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will only be charged when items are shipped to you.
