Return Policy
The ExploraTrack family of web sites prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, all of our manufacturers warranty their products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for replacement, exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date of purchase with the following exceptions: weather stations are non-returnable once installed outdoors, software that has been opened is non-returnable and batteries are not returnable once the package has been opened. Orders from the Oregon Scientific Factory Outlet Store are final and non-returnable unless the item is defective. Defective factory outlet items may be returned for replacement only.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are
also non-refundable.
All returns are subject to obtaining a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department
(1-800-414-8655). Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(Pacific time) Monday to Friday.
You may also request an RMA online by accessing your account.
Find the "Return Items" link for the appropriate order
in your account main menu. You will then be prompted to
supply additional information. All online return requests
are processed within one business day whenever possible.
All returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15
percent restocking fee. All returns are also subject to
inspection and testing.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without
a valid RMA number.
RMA numbers are required on all returns. Packages that
do not display a valid RMA number on the outside of the
return container will be refused upon delivery.
When you receive your order, please keep the carton, including
all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards
(not filled out) and all accessories for a 30-day minimum
in the event that you need to return this product to ExploraTrack.
All returned merchandise must be in the original factory
carton including all packaging materials, inserts and
manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories.
- All returns must be packed in an outer shipping
carton with a valid RMA number clearly written on
the outside of the shipping carton in the upper left
hand corner under the return address area. Returns
that are received in manufacturer's boxes will be
refused.
- Please do not tape or write anything on the item
or the original manufacturer's carton. We reserve
the right to refuse any such returns.
- A copy of your original invoice must be included
in your return package.
- Please note that our Returns Receiving Department
will without exception refuse any package that does
not have a valid RMA number.
- Please ship the item back to us prepaid. We're sorry,
but we are unable to accept COD or freight-collect
shipments.
- We do not reimburse or refund return shipping charges.

Request Return Authorization
To send an order or part of an order back to DiscoverGadgets.com,
you MUST request a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#) through our site. Once we have received
and processed your RMA request, we will send you instructions
via email on how to return the unit to us.
You can request a return by finding the "Return
Items" link for the appropriate order in your account
main menu. You will then be prompted for several
bits of information in order to send your return request.
All online return requests are processed within one
business day.

RMA#'s are required for all returns. Packages that
do not display a valid RMA# on the outside of the return
container will be refused upon delivery.
Returns for gift orders, phone orders should be
requested over the phone at 1-800-414-8655. All other
types of returns can be requested online.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been placed and processed, it can
only be cancelled with approval from a customer service
representative.
If you have a cancellation request please contact our
offices between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Pacific time) Monday
to Friday at 1-800-414-8655. Orders cancelled prior
to shipment are fully refundable. Orders cancelled after
shipment and/or refused upon delivery are subject to
a $10.00 fee plus any applicable shipping charges.
